Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the generated electric power of a solar battery panel arranged on a roof by making roof area much larger than a floor space, and to prevent damage against strong winds of a typhoon etc., by improving the strength of a large-area roof.SOLUTION: A building with a solar panel has a solar battery panel 9 fixed to its roof 1. The roof 1 is a one-side flow roof 1X and provided with an eaves part 2 which projects 0.7 m or more from an outer wall surface 18X of the building at upper and lower ends thereof and on both sides, and the solar battery panel 9 is fixed in a region including an upper surface of the eaves part 2. The roof 1 has a girder 13, extending in an inclined direction of the roof 1, fixed to a lower surface thereof. The girder 13 and a pole plate 12 are connected together in a crossing state, and the crossing part is supported by a corner column 11. The corner column 11 is fixed vertically on the groundsill 17 fixed to the foundation 7. The building has a corner part of the roof 1 connected to a vertical middle part of the corner column 11 or the groundsill 17 through a reinforcing stay 3. |
