Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a propeller shaft from falling from a vehicle and prevent the propeller shaft from contacting an onboard component when the propeller shaft gets out of place, in a propeller shaft falling prevention structure of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A holding member (25) is of U-shaped shape in the vehicle front view, a U-shaped opening (26) is faced to the vehicle upper side, and both end parts (27, 28) of the U-shaped opening (26) are fixed to a bodywork (2). At one side plate part (32) of the side of an onboard component (22) of the holding member (25), a folding part (35) is formed so that rigidity of one side plate part (32) becomes higher than that of another side plate part (33) at the opposite side against the onboard component (22). At another side plate part (33) at the opposite side against the onboard component (22) of the holding member (25), a bellows-like impact absorption part (36) which is elongated by impact force when the propeller shaft (18) gets out of place is formed.
