Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the workability of assembly work or maintenance work is poor.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus comprises a carriage 4 mounted with a recording head 11 discharging droplets and moving in the main scanning direction, a carriage side board 101 mounted on the carriage 4 and packaged with required circuits, a control board 102 arranged on the apparatus body side and packaged with a control circuit and an FFC 103 connecting between the control substrate 102 and the carriage side substrate 101. In a carriage 4, a board arrangement part 4C for horizontal arrangement of the carriage side board 101 is provided. The FFC 103 is arranged in the lower side of the board arrangement part 4C in such a way as to be movable in the main scanning direction and caused to crawl from under the carriage side board 101 and connected to the carriage side board 101 from the main scanning direction. The apparatus body can be opened over the connection part between the carriage side board 101 and FFC 103 by opening a cover 19.
