Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chilly foot prevention utensil that can suppress chilling of feet by suppressing heat transfer by thermal conduction and radiation heat, can be used easily in an office and a household without needing energy such as electricity, and does not require any action when a user leaves his or her desk.SOLUTION: A chilly foot prevention utensil includes a wall material (1) and a ceiling material (2). The wall material (1) is composed of a free-standing layer (A1) formed of at least one component selected from paper, plastic, foaming plastic, and nonwoven cloth, has flexibility in a horizontal direction, and does not have flexibility in a vertical direction. The ceiling material (2) is composed of a substrate layer (A2) formed of at least one component selected from paper, plastic, foaming plastic, and nonwoven cloth. One or both of the wall material (1) and the ceiling material (2) has a glossy aluminum foil layer on the surface.
