Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte power storage element in which any of charge discharge efficiency, discharge capacity, and cycle characteristics can be enhanced.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte power storage element includes a positive electrode containing a positive electrode active material for which anions can be inserted or eliminated, a negative electrode containing a negative electrode active material, a nonaqueous solvent, an electrolyte salt containing halogen atoms, a compound having a site capable of bonding anion including a halogen atom, and a nonaqueous electrolyte containing a cyclic sulfonic acid ester. A mode where a compound having a site capable of bonding anion including a halogen atom is tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane (TPFPB), a mode where the cyclic sulfonic acid ester is 1, 3-propane sultone, and the like, are preferable.
