The body 1 includes: a light source unit including an LED serving as a light source; and a heat sink 3 which emits heat of an LED. The ion generating unit 10 includes: a housing 20 installed on an upper surface 3c of the heat sink 3; a vortex flow fan 30 which generates airflow in the housing 20; and an ion generating element 50. The housing 20 includes: a bottom part 27 forming a bottom surface facing the upper surface 3c of the heat sink 3; and an opening 29 which penetrates through the bottom part 27.
