Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the much more efficient maintenance of a plant by calculating priority which is appropriate for a maintenance work.SOLUTION: A determination reference of whether or not it is possible to exchange a work order is automatically generated from the achievement data of a work performed to an object plant facility in the past. More concretely, the priority of inspection items is calculated from the information of the condition of equipment, the cycle of inspection, the level of the significance of inspection, physical elements (the constitution and piping or the like of a scaffold in inspection), the skill of each inspection worker and a period in which the equipment can stop.
