PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is possibility that data are not available by an application which performs access to data when the structure of data dynamically changes.SOLUTION: The data structure management device includes: a meta information database in which a generation number indicating the generation of a data structure and item information are stored in association; an application introduction time meta information generation management database in which information for specifying an application and information indicating the generation of the data structure are stored in association; and a data structure master change processing part for, when accepting the data, comparing the data with the information indicated by the meta information database to determine whether or not there is a difference between the data structures, and for, when there is a difference between the data structures, outputting the difference as structure conversion data, and for counting up the generation number of the meta information database to newly add it as a record.
