PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectum palpation training model that enables palpation of rectum hemorrhoids, a rectum cancer or prostatomegaly, and is high in simulation.SOLUTION: A rectum palpation training model 1 is configured to insert a simulation rectum part 20 made of styrene-based elastomer resin having a rectum of the human body simulated into a simulation hip part 10 simulating a hip of a human body and made of an urethane gel material having a hole part 12 provided from a part corresponding to an anus of the hip to an interior part. In an inner wall face of the simulation rectum part 20, a simulation focus part is provided that is made of resin harder than the simulation rectum part 20. Further, the rectum palpation training model 1 is configured to bring a simulation anus part 40 that has an insertion part 42 made of silicon resin formed into an almost cylindrical shape and an outer appearance part 44 provided at one end of the insertion part 42 and having a hole boring into a hollow part of the insertion part 42 provided at an almost disk-shaped center part of an outer diameter larger than that of the insertion part 42 into contact with a part corresponding to the anus of the simulation hip part 10, and attach the simulation anus part 40 at a tip part of the simulation rectum part 20.
