Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric having superior stretching properties with respect to both in a machine direction and a width direction, and to provide a laminate containing the nonwoven fabric.SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric contains a fiber that has a core-sheath structure provided with a core part and a sheath part. The core part contains a thermoplastic elastomer, and the sheath part contains polyolefin which has a melt-flow rate of 100 g/10 min or more and has a viscosity lower than that of the thermoplastic elastomer at a specific temperature selected from a range of 220°C or higher and 260°C or lower.
