Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a heat exchange fin capable of preventing deformation of a metal strip member when a feed pin feeds the metal strip member.SOLUTION: In a heat exchange fin manufacturing device comprising a press device 48 including: a metal mold 46 forming a plurality of transparent holes or a plurality of notches 34 in a metal thin plate 41 by pressing and forming a metal strip member 49; and a first feeder 50 arranged downstream of the metal mold 46 for feeding the metal strip member 49 formed by the metal mold 46 to a downstream side of a feeding direction, a second feeder 44 that feeds the metal thin plate 41 before being pressed by the metal mold 46 into the metal mold 46 synchronously with a feed operation of the first feeder 50 is provided on an upstream side of the press device 48.
