MEDICAL IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device capable of synchronizing and displaying movement of a comparison object even if a change occurs in a biosignal.SOLUTION: A medical image display device according to an embodiment comprises an acquisition part, an adjustment part and a display control part. The acquisition part acquires a frame corresponding to each reference point appearing periodically in a biosignal of a subject from image data having multiple frames that is taken by a medical image diagnostic device in synchronization with the biosignal. The adjustment part adjusts the number of frames so that the number of frames included in the first image data corresponding to a first section showing an interval between two arbitrary reference points in the biosignal coincides with the number of frames included in the second image data corresponding to a second section showing an interval between two other arbitrary reference points in the biosignal. The display control part causes a display part to display the first image data and the second image data that include the frames as many as the number of frames adjusted by the adjustment part.
