Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant fried noodle, when being cooked and eaten as the noodle to be cooled and eaten, in which fry oil included therein does not precipitate or is hardly precipitated within a noodle line upon the cooling.SOLUTION: In the instant fried noodle, by subjecting the noodle mass after frying treatment of the instant fried noodle produced by the conventional method to digestion treatment with saturated steam or/and super heated steam in advance, upon its cooling and cooking, or, when it is cooled and eaten, fry oil included therein is hardly eluted.
