PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress pulsation of motor torque.SOLUTION: The motor control device has: voltage instruction generating means for generating a voltage instruction value according to a motor torque instruction value; storage means for storing gain table information in which the relation between a voltage instruction value and a gain is set beforehand; and amplitude adjustment means for limiting amplitude of the voltage instruction value within a predetermined threshold value when the voltage instruction value generated by the voltage instruction generating means is in an overmodulation control region, and adjusting the voltage instruction value by multiplying the limited voltage instruction value by a gain corresponding to the gain table information which is stored in the storage means.
