Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange apparatus capable of enhancing heat exchange efficiency without the use of a large battery pack.SOLUTION: A groove part 8 is provided between mutual lower end parts of lamination faces of each of battery modules 2 and 2 constituting a battery pack 1 and a heat transfer area is expanded by fitting thereat a projection 9 at a top face of a heat transfer board 7, so as to avoid bulkiness of a battery module lamination size of the battery pack 1 and enhance heat exchange efficiency.
