Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for fixing an identification medium on cloth or other objects by a more simplified method.SOLUTION: An identification medium of the present invention includes a hot melt layer 101 which exerts adhesive strength by heating, an ordinary printing layer 105 and a ground printing layer 104 provided on the hot melt layer 101 and including a heat conduction material, and a printing layer 103 of cholesteric-liquid-crystal ink contacting with top of the ground printing layer 104.
