CIRCUIT DEVICE INCLUDING DRIVER CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a voltage in electric power source wiring supplying an electric power source voltage to a plurality of circuits changes as the electric power source wiring gets far from an electric power source in accordance with an electric current flowing in each circuit, and a variation in an electric current driving a load of each circuit is generated.SOLUTION: There is provided a circuit device including electric power source wiring extending from an electric power source and a plurality of drive circuits which are arranged along the electric power source wiring and drive a load by flowing an electric current to be determined by a signal voltage from the electric power source wiring to the load. The circuit device further include a transistor which is connected between the electric power source wiring and the drive circuit while a drain is arranged on the electric power source wiring side and a source is arranged on the drive circuit side, and in which a fixed voltage keeping on reversely biasing a voltage between a gate and the drain is applied to the gate within a range of a drain voltage changing with a change in the electric current flowing to the load.
