Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device capable of securing airtightness and positioning among components in an assembly of the plurality of components.SOLUTION: A heat exchange type ventilation device 1A includes an element upper supporting portion 13U supporting an upper portion of a heat exchange element 2, and an element lower supporting portion 13D supporting a lower portion of the heat exchange element 2. The element upper supporting portion 13U is provided with packings 130b on right and left inner side faces opposed to each other, of a groove portion 130a. The element lower supporting portion 13D is provided with a packing 131d on a supporting face 131c configuring a bottom surface which supports a weight of the heat exchange element 2.
