Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas holder seal material and a gas holder seal structure capable of keeping excellent airtightness while improving bending resistance under low temperature in a cold district.SOLUTION: A gas holder seal member 5 is interposed between an inner peripheral surface of a tank 1 configuring a gas holder and an outer edge portion of a shock absorbing member 3 elevating in the tank 1 on the outer peripheral side of a moving cover 2 by interlocking with the moving cover 2 elevating in the tank 1, and is formed in a cylinder shape. To at least a tank side end portion 7 of the tank side end portion 7 which is a fixed side to the inner peripheral surface of the tank 1 and a shock absorbing member side end portion 8 which is a fixed side to the outer edge portion of the shock absorbing member 3, both surfaces of the end portion is coated by ethylene-propylene diene rubber, and to parts other than the tank side end portion 7 and the shock absorbing member side end portion 8, the ethylene-propylene diene rubber is not coated.
