Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery panel installation method and a solar battery panel installation structure which enable installation of a solar battery panel without requiring a solar battery panel frame.SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of cutting a ground surface 1 and forming a first inclined plane 3, accumulating the cut sediment on the ground surface 1, forming on the embankment a second inclined plane 4 whose inclination is nearly the same as the first inclined plane 3, and installing a solar battery panel 8 with respect to the first inclined plane 3 and the second inclined plane 4.
