Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing body driving device that suppresses abrupt variation in swing speed of a swing body even if the direction of moment generated in a slider by force applied from the swing body to the slider is reversed.SOLUTION: A swing body driving device includes a driving part, a slider driven by the driving part, and a rail fitted slidably to the slider and guiding a movement of the slider, and swings the swing body connected to the slider in conjunction with the slider. The rail includes brake force generating means of reducing the moving speed of the slider so that the swing speed of the swing body does not vary abruptly at a position where the direction of moment of the slider generated by force applied from the swing body to the slider is reversed when swinging the swing body.
