PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swimming wear capable of improving sports performance by suppressing the positions of the waist and the leg from becoming lower than the position of the upper half of the body when swimming.SOLUTION: A swimming wear 100 covers at least from the waist to the knee upper part of a wearer when wearing. The swimming wear includes strong tightening parts (A) (1a and 1b) which are arranged in an area continuously covering equal to or more than 30% from the lumbar spine of the gluteus maximus to the outside, and an area covering part of the hamstring, and are formed in an inverted truncated chevron shape viewed from a rear face in the longitudinal direction. In the swimming wear 100, the strong tightening parts (A) (1a and 1b) are arranged preferably in an area continuously covering 50% or more and 90% or less from the lumbar spine of the gluteus maximus to the outside, and an area covering part of the semitendinosus muscle and semimembranous muscle of the hamstring.
