PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a round register which can send smooth diffusion air, improve operation feeling during tilting operation, and prevent backlash.SOLUTION: A ball 81 of a ball joint 8 is fitted to a ball hole 41 of a center shaft support part 3 arranged in the center of a cylindrical frame 20 to tiltably and rotatably mount the center shaft support part 3. Movable fins 23 are rotatably supported at approximately regular intervals by radial support shafts 24a, 24b. The support shaft 24b inside each movable fin 23 is fitted into each shaft hole 4a of a shaft support part 4 of the center shaft support part 3. An operation part 6 is rotatably mounted to the front center of the center shaft support part 3 and linked to an inside part of each movable fin 23 through a bevel gear mechanism 5. A load adding member 7 is interposed between the ball joint 8 and the ball hole 41 of the center shaft support part 3, and a tip of the support shaft 24b of the movable fin 23 abuts on the load adding member 7.
