Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure water jetting device that can increase a speed of construction for a projected corner part and that gives consideration to an environment, and a projected corner part grinding method.SOLUTION: A high-pressure water jetting device 1 comprises: an injection nozzle 32 that emits a jet of high-pressure water to a grinding target surface; a skirt part 4 whose grinding target surface side is opened and which surrounds the injection nozzle 32; a screening plate 51 that is arranged on the grinding target surface side of the skirt part 4 to screen a part of an opening part of the skirt part 4; and a guide plate 52 that is erected on the surface of the screening plate 51. A projected corner part grinding method utilizes the high-pressure water jetting device.
