Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device capable of reducing the load to a socket and a lamp when a base type lamp is attached to a lamp holder.SOLUTION: A lamp device 100 includes: an LED lamp 1 having an LED substrate 11 on which LEDs 15 are mounted, a light source holding part 20 for holding the LED substrate 11 by placing it on a surface thereof, and a cylindrical part 30 extended from a rear surface of the light source holding part 20 and having a base 3 on a terminal end 30B; and a lamp holder 110 having a cylindrical holder part 111 into which the cylindrical part 30 of the LED lamp 1 is inserted from an end opening 115. A self-weight center of gravity position X of the LED lamp 1 is provided at a position nearer the base 3 than a position on which an end 114 of the holder part 111 is positioned when the LED lamp 1 is attached to the lamp holder 110.
