Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: recent energy optimization is developed for each of various systems (a railway operation management system, an electric vehicle charging management system, or the like) constituting a city, however, a conventional technology optimizes energy only for a specific transportation system (electric vehicle) and there is no consideration for the overall systems of the city.SOLUTION: A railway system cooperates with a charging system of an electric vehicle (vehicle). The number of passengers getting off at a predetermined station is estimated from user data of the railway system, to estimate the number of taxi users from the information. A charging schedule is prepared for predetermined taxis corresponding to the estimated number of taxi users to be charged by a charger installed in a taxi pool.
