Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NMR measurement device with a temperature control element for a sample vial.SOLUTION: An NMR measurement device includes a temperature control element for a sample vial 1 where a temperature control fluid 8 brought under the temperature control of a heater 12 flows at its periphery. Further, the NMR measurement device is provided with a temperature sensor 9 such that a measurement head projects into a measurement space 14 spatially closely to the sample vial 1. A supply wire for the temperature sensor 9 is arranged in another space different from the measurement space 14. The temperature sensor 9 including the supply wire is surrounded with the sensor tube 15 at a radius distance, and a partial flow of the temperature control fluid 8 enters a free space 17 as a temperature control flow 16 from the measurement space 14 through a sensor flow entrance 26 and exits from the sensor tube 15 through a sensor flow exit 18 at an end on the opposite side from the sensor tube 15. Consequently, a temperature crossover and a temperature difference ( Tp) between the temperature sensor 9 and sample vial 1 are both minimized.
