Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller for an electronic substrate transportation which generates no slip between a roller outer peripheral part and a roller body even cleaning liquid imbibes to the roller outer peripheral part and the roller body formed of a rubber material which contacts an electronic substrate.SOLUTION: The roller for an electronic substrate transportation for transporting an electronic substrate to be cleaned by a cleaning device is formed by a cylindrical roller body at whose central part a through hole to be attached to a rotation axis is formed and a roller outer peripheral part formed of rubber material whose outer peripheral surface contacts to one surface of the electronic substrate,which are fitted irregularity and formed integrated.
