Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift operation mechanism of which the operability of an operation pedal for performing continuous speed variation of rotational power in both of forward and backward directions is improved, and a work vehicle with the shift operation mechanism.SOLUTION: A shift operation mechanism 60 comprises: a shift operation shaft 113 in which a pedal boss 112 on a base end side of a pedal arm 111 of a forward pedal 60f is fitted; an intermediate link 117 which is connected with a pedal boss 115 on a base end side of a pedal arm 114 of a backward pedal 60b via a connection member 116; and a link shaft 119 in which a link boss 118 of the intermediate link 117 is fitted. The pedal boss 112 of the forward pedal 60f is fixed to the shift operation shaft 113 and made impossible to be relatively rotated with the shift operation shaft 113, and on the other hand, the pedal boss 113 to be installed on the right side of the pedal boss 112 is made possible to be relatively rotated to the shift operation shaft 113.
