AUTOMATIC BREAD BAKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread baking machine capable of reproducing an optimal kneading state in a state of dough in a kneading process.SOLUTION: The automatic bread baking machine includes: a machine body which is provided with a heating chamber therein; an external lid capable of opening and closing an opening of the machine body; a kneading container which is housed in the heating chamber and houses cooking ingredients; a kneading blade which is disposed in the kneading container and kneads the cooking ingredients in the kneading container; and a motor for driving the kneading blade. The motor is of such a type that the number of revolutions of the drive part of the motor changes in accordance with power supply frequency and the motor rotates by receiving a certain current value for each predetermined period.
