Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of reducing switching loss caused in converting a DC voltage of a battery pack 10 into an AC voltage.SOLUTION: One end of a capacitor 16 is connected to a positive electrode terminal of a (i) module C(i) (i=1-6) via a (i) p-side switching element Sp(i), and the other end of the capacitor 16 is connected to a negative electrode terminal of the (i) module C(i) via a (i) n-side switching element Sn(i). Here, the (i) p-side switching element Sp(i) and the (i) n-side switching element Sn(i) are a pair of N-channel MOSFETs in which sources thereof are short-circuited with each other. In such the constitution, AC voltage generation processing, in which the (i) p-side switching element Sp(i) and the (i) n-side switching element Sn(i) are opened and closed so as to output an AC voltage from a connector 18, is performed.
