Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element which prevents decrease in luminous efficiency and improves reliability by inhibiting diffusion of a metal material for forming a reflection electrode layer along a surface of a semiconductor structure layer.SOLUTION: A light-emitting element 10 comprises: a semiconductor structure layer 23; a reflection electrode layer 21 formed on a part of the semiconductor structure layer 23; a conductor layer 15 formed on the semiconductor structure layer 32 so as to embed the reflection electrode layer 21; and a support substrate 11 which is provided on the conductor layer 15 and joined to the conductor layer 15 via a junction layer 13. The light-emitting element further comprises: a high-resistant contact face 32 provided at a boundary face between the semiconductor structure layer 23 and the conductor layer 15; and a high-resistance part 17 arranged in a region opposite to a region where the high-resistant contact face 32 is provided across the conductor layer 15. The conductor layer 15 is connected to the junction layer 13 at a peripheral region 19 of the conductor layer 15 outside the high resistance part 17. |
