PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device allowing a user to promptly use a desired function by saving the effort of switching application software.SOLUTION: An electronic whiteboard device 50 changes a display mode by detecting a touch on a display screen 100A. When the display screen 100A is touched by a user (step S1010: YES), the electronic whiteboard device 50 detects a type of a member used for the touch on the display screen 100A (step S1020). When detecting the fact that the member used for the touch on the display screen 100A is a touch pen 300 (step S1020: YES), the electronic whiteboard device 50 activates a whiteboard application to display an image of a whiteboard function on the display screen 100A (step S1030).
