Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device that is large in an address range of a nonvolatile memory capable of break processing, while a break flag storage area is made small.SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device includes: a central processing unit; a nonvolatile memory that stores a program used in the central processing unit; a first random access memory that is used as a work area of the central processing unit; and a first register that sets an address range serving as a break object of the nonvolatile memory. Having the first resister makes limitation on a debug operation small, because the address range of the nonvolatile memory serving as the break object can be set flexibly.
