Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter with an overcoat layer, having excellent adhesion property with a glass substrate, free from a crack or a separation of a transparent electrode.SOLUTION: A color filter for a liquid crystal display device is obtained by laminating, on a transparent base material, a coloring pixel, an overcoat layer and a transparent electrode. A photosensitive resin composition to form an overcoat layer of the color filter is applied, desiccated and sintered, and a coating film is obtained. The photosensitive resin composition has a physical property that the absolute value of the inclination is 0.15 Mpa/°C or lower, when the coating film is measured with regard to a stress value between 40°C and 200°C on at least three points, and the measured stress is plotted as ordinate and the temperature as abscissa.
