Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a recording medium for learning English enabling Japanese, whose mother tongue is Japanese, to greatly improve their English listening ability.SOLUTION: An English learning device 1 selects a first track from among a plurality of tracks (voice data) (Step S2) when information of a reproduction instruction is input (Step S1), and reproduces the selected track (Step S3). At this time, a voice of an English native speaker, a synthesized voice generated in a computer corresponding to English voice frequency (2000 Hz or more) and a Japanese voice, when necessary, are output via a headphone 13. Then, it is determined whether all the tracks have been reproduced or not (Step S4), and when not all the tracks have been reproduced, the next track is selected (Step S5) to return to the step S3. When the steps S3 to S5 are executed repeatedly, all the tracks are reproduced.
