Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable intended traveling performance when executing coasting for traveling by disconnecting an engine from a wheel.SOLUTION: Based on whether or not a driver places emphasis on power performance, coasting having a different state of an engine 14 can be optimally selected. For example, when the driver places emphasis on the power performance, neutral coasting which does not require start of the engine in returning to normal traveling is selected, so as to respond to the expectation of the driver that he/she places emphasis on the power performance while fuel economy is improved compared to coasting in a state where the engine 14 is connected to a wheel 20 (e.g. engine brake traveling). In contrast, when the driver does not place emphasis on the power performance, free run coasting that causes the engine 14 to stop is selected, so as to drastically improve fuel economy. Therefore, selection of the free run coasting when the driver places more emphasis on fuel economy performance than the power performance can respond to the expectation of the driver that he/she places emphasis on the fuel economy.
