Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defecation induction apparatus with excellent operability, which can make a burden on a caregiver limitative while having a simple structure.SOLUTION: A defecation induction apparatus includes: a hot water tank and pump part 16 that comprises a tank for storing hot water; a head part 1 that emits a jet of hot water from a hot water injection hole 3; a body 7 that comprises an operation part; and an arm 6 for connecting the head part 1 and the body 7 together. The hot water is jetted from the hot water injection hole 3 by operating the operation part of the body 7 to supply the head part 1 with the hot water in the hot water tank and pump part 16. The head part 1 has a camera 2 and an illumination light 4. The body 7 is provided with a monitor 8.
