Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser which enables liquid shortage of a beverage supplied from a beverage container to be easily recognized when a beverage is extracted from an extraction cock.SOLUTION: A beverage dispenser 10 cools a beverage supplied from a beverage container B through a beverage supply pipe B1 by passing the beverage through a beverage cooling pipe dipped in a cooling water tank provided in a housing 11, and the cooled beverage is extracted from an extraction cock 20 connected to a lead-out end part of the beverage cooling pipe and provided on the front of the housing 11. The beverage dispenser 10 includes: a liquid shortage detecting sensor provided on a beverage supply pipe B1 for detecting liquid shortage of a beverage; and a display device 40 provided on the extraction cock 20 for displaying a liquid shortage of the beverage passing through the beverage supply pipe B1 detected by the liquid shortage detecting sensor.
