Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air temperature regulating system capable of appropriately regulating a temperature of intake air of an internal combustion engine even when a cooling system of an intercooler and a cooling system of an inverter are integrated with each other.SOLUTION: A cooling system of an intercooler 21 and a cooling system of an inverter 6 are integrated with each other. After passing through the intercooler 21, cooling water is made to flow through both of a cooler 61 and a sub radiator 73 in parallel. A flow rate ratio between inflow amount of the cooling water flowing in to the cooler 61 and inflow amount of the cooling water flowing in to the sub radiator 73 can be regulated by a flow regulating valve 72. Due to this configuration, even when the cooling system of the intercooler 21 and the cooling system of the inverter 6 are integrated with each other, a temperature of intake air of an engine 1 can be appropriately regulated. As a result, deterioration of fuel economy caused by excessive cooling of intake air in the intercooler 21 and generation of condensed water in the intercooler 21 can be effectively suppressed.
