Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted fuel cell power plant, in which the components, such as a fuel cell stack, of the power plant can be reliably protected when a collision load is applied, while suppressing an increase in the number of components and the deterioration of layout flexibility.SOLUTION: A vehicle-mounted fuel cell power plant includes a power plant 71 including: a fuel cell 2; a hydrogen supply device for supplying hydrogen to the fuel cell 2; and a VCU 43 for receiving and managing electric power generated by the fuel cell 2. The power plant 71 is surrounded on the front, rear, left, and right sides thereof by a collision countermeasure member which forms a frame in the front part of a vehicle and forms a motor room 53 therein. The power plant 71 is arranged with a space from the collision countermeasure member. When a fixed collision load is applied from an outside, the power plant 71 is displaced within the space.
