FRICTION PRESSURE-WELDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction pressure-welding apparatus whereby in a preheating to be carried out prior to friction pressure-welding, temperature distributions of a pair of junction members can be properly regulated by one preheating irrespective of differences in ejection amount, shape, quality of material and so on between the pair of junction members, and friction pressure welding can be achieved under ideal conditions.SOLUTION: In a friction pressure-welding apparatus, a magnetic shield plate 12 is provided to one junction member W1 having ejection amount L1a, L2a from holding parts 4a, 4b higher than that of the other junction member W2, the magnetic shield plate 12 blocks magnetism generated from a heating coil 8 during preheating with the magnetic shield plate 12 by making the ejection amount L1b from the magnetic shield plate 12 equal to the ejection amount L2a from the holding member 4b in other junction member W2, whereby temperature distributions of the pair junction members W1, W2 are equalized.
