Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely join a first metallic part W1 with a second metallic part W2, without increasing a joining load pressing the second metallic part W2 to the first metallic part W1 side.SOLUTION: Temperatures of a joining surface W1a of the first metallic part W1 and a joining surface W2a of the second metallic part W2 reach at least 20% of the melting points of a material of the first metallic part W1 and a material of the second metallic part W2, respectively, at the start time of a first joining step by a treatment in a heating step, and a heating depths (m) from the joining surface W1a of the first metallic part W1 and from the joining surface W2a of the second metallic part W2 becomes 1.0 mm or more, respectively, at the start time of the first joining step by the treatment in the heating step.
