PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary induction electrical apparatus in which noise is reduced.SOLUTION: A stationary induction electrical apparatus includes: a stationary induction electrical apparatus body 10 which has a plurality of legs 11, winding 12 wound around at least one of the plurality of legs, lower yokes 13b arranged below the winding, a pair of lower winding fastening plates 14b arranged on a pair of side faces of the lower yoke, and lower coupling plates 16b for connecting the pair of lower winding fastening plates; a tank 20 having a bottom plate 22 and accommodating the stationary induction electrical apparatus; and attenuation members 30 which are arranged at one of positions between the lower coupling plates and the bottom plate or between the lower winding fastening plates and the lower coupling plates and which have a laminate in which a plurality of hard members having rigidity and a plurality of soft members having a viscoelastic property are laminated.
