Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of reducing an abrasion loss of a needle and a movable core while configuring the needle and the movable core as separate members.SOLUTION: A large diameter part 43 of a needle 40 is formed so that its outer diameter becomes larger than an outer diameter of a shaft part 41. On a valve closing direction side of the large diameter part 43, a needle tapered surface 44 is formed which makes a needle angle 1, which is an angle non-vertical to a central axis of the needle 40. A core tapered surface 53 formed at a movable core 50 is formed in such a manner that a core angle 2, which is an angle with respect to the central axis of the needle 40, becomes the same angle as the needle angle 1 of the needle tapered surface 44. When the needle 40 and the movable core 50 are in contact with each other, the needle tapered surface 44 and the core tapered surface 53, which are formed in a tapered manner, come into contact with each other, so that movement of the needle 40 with respect to the movable core 50 is restricted. Thereby, an abrasion loss of the needle 40 and the movable core 50 can be reduced.
