Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a sealed state of a space between teeth of a driven gear and a seal member, with simple structure.SOLUTION: A variable displacement gear pump 1 includes: a housing 30 having a gear chamber 10 formed in the inside thereof, a driving gear 6 housed in the gear chamber 10; a driven gear 8 which comes in external contact with the driving gear 6 and is meshed therewith, and has a variable center distance with respect to the driving gear 6; and a driven-side seal block 15 housed between the housing 30 and the driven gear 8. The driven-side seal block 15 has a pressure receiving face 15a receiving a pressure from a discharge port 31 side, and a curved face 8b formed by copying a tooth tip circle 8a, and is movable according to fluctuation in a position of the driven gear 8, the curved face 8b keeping a contact state with at least two tooth tips of the driven gear 8 during an operation of the variable displacement gear pump 1.
