DISCHARGE VALVE DEVICE AND SCROLL COMPRESSOR EQUIPPED THEREWITH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge valve device capable of restricting the travel distance of a discharge valve to be shorter by changing the arrangement of positioning protrusions formed on a valve retainer and protrusion insertion holes provided in the discharge valve and a fixed scroll, and to provide a scroll compressor equipped with the discharge valve device.SOLUTION: A discharge valve device 5 includes a discharge valve 6 for opening/closing a discharge chamber 4 (a fluid outlet), a valve retainer 7 for restricting the opening of the discharge valve 6, protrusions 7a formed on the lower face of the valve retainer 7 to position the discharge valve 6 to a fixed scroll 1, and a fixing bolt 8 for fixing the valve retainer 7 via the discharge valve 6 to the fixed scroll 1 (a fluid outlet member), the valve retainer 7 having the protrusions 7a and a bolt insertion hole 7b for the fixing bolt 8 on a single straight line 51, the discharge valve 6 having protrusion insertion holes 6a for the protrusions 7a and a bolt insertion hole 6b for the fixing bolt 8 on a plurality of straight lines 52, 53 parallel to the straight line 51.
