VENTILATION STRUCTURE OF BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently ventilate air in a building by reducing influence of the wind.SOLUTION: A ventilation structure 1 of a building includes: a ventilation tower 10 which has an approximately rectangular shape projecting from a deck roof 3 of the building and has opening/closing windows 20-23 capable of being independently opened and closed, in respective side wall surfaces; and a fan 11 which is installed inside the ventilation tower 10 and has a function of blowing air upward. The ventilation structure 1 also includes: a sensor 40 which detects a direction of the wind outside the ventilation tower 10; and a control device 41 which controls the opening and closing of each of the opening/closing windows 20-23 on the basis of the wind direction detected by the sensor 40 so as to close windward opening/closing windows and open leeward opening/closing windows.
