Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a foundation structure for installing a tower crane, etc. used in repair work by utilizing a skeleton of a roof top portion of an existing building and capable of easily and surely performing repair of a water resistant layer without leaving flaw, and to provide the constructed foundation structure.SOLUTION: Concrete covering the top surface of a skeleton of an existing structure is peeled off to expose the top surface of an upper side flange of a steel frame girder. Then, stud bolts are vertically erected in a desired arrangement on the top surface of the upper side flange. Thereafter, a recess of which covering concrete is peeled off is backfilled with concrete, a water-resistant layer is repaired, concrete to press the water-resistant layer is backfilled, and the floor concrete covering the top surface of the skeleton is repaired. Object machines can be installed by utilizing the stud bolts.
