CONFIGURATION STRUCTURE OF GARAGE SPACE AND BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration structure of a garage space and a building capable of constructing a storage shelf section enabling a stored object to be easily taken in and out in the garage space.SOLUTION: A configuration structure 1 of a garage space comprises: a garage space 2 which is constructed next to a living space 6 of a building 5 and has a floor surface Flower than a floor surface Fof the living space 6; a terrace section 3 which is constructed at a side of the garage space 2 along a wall body 7 separating the garage space 2 from the living space 6 with the floor surface thereof higher than the floor surface Fof the garage space 2; and a shelf section 4a which is arranged at a position above an upper surface of the terrace section 3 and higher than a height of a vehicle to be housed in the garage space 2 and enables a luggage to be placed. In a planar view, the shelf section 4a lies adjacent to the terrace section 3 or at least a portion of the shelf section 4a overlaps the terrace section 3.
